The current study explores twelve residential homesites across three landscape areas, together with hospitality, villas, a restaurant, wellness-oriented amenities, roads and protected green spaces.
The plan is a starting point for professional study and investor conversations. Every configuration, use and phase may evolve through design, due diligence, infrastructure planning and Costa Rican regulatory processes.
